TP: Tell your sister you're not doing this for free anymore because it's REALLY a lot of work, and advise her to make those who caused it pay for the repair (=less pocket money. Maybe they will understand if they understand that it costs money. Or just tell them that, should a dialer they downloaded ever manage to dial, THEY would have to pay it.)

Go to usenet and download tons of really twisted stuff.. gay/animal/heavy bondage/kiddie porn, etc.. and leave it on there where she can find it.. no one but her will be using that computer again..

You could try and use the Windows hosts file. It should keep out most of the common no no sites so long as you keep it updated. (Or you just download an updated one). Not a good solution, a temporary one too at that. (But better than nothing)
