  • I'm curious...

Have any of you thought that a name change of MURC might be in order with all of the recent events going on? I mean, I love MURC just as much as the next guy but it's almost painful to see the name sometimes.
Now, I know a lot of people will object but I was just wondering, so I guess I'll make a poll.

Also, what if the name changed but there was emphasis on a Matrox forum within the other forums? I don't know, just thinking out loud. What do you think?

Maybe, but we need emphasis on Matrox hardware and software still.

I just don't think MURC would be the same if it wasn't "MURC", and some of us (even if we may be a bit regretful) are still using Matrox hardware, and we still discuss Matrox related discussions, more than anywhere else but Matrox Tech Supp Forums.

edit: Changed weren't to wasn't, still not sure which one fits.

It wouldn't be Murc if it wasn't Murc.

        Make any sense??

I'd like to vote "I couldn't care less", but that option isn't there

MURC should stand for "anything computer related that begins with an M" Users Resource Centre

Or just plain MURC. It's nice to have a link to its roots, if only for historical reasons though. I see no real reason to change.

I could go on... all above have been discussed here...

Any change would make it murky.
