    Exactly!

Everyone is free to have them, of course, and I won't mind as long as they're small and of limited number, but some people overdo it.

Don't let the anti opinions intimidate you, personally I'm quite curious.

You know, you can have as many as you want, and some might even be great art (which I applaud). It's just that some people (me included) wouldn't do that to themselves. As far as I'm concerned, people may do to themselves whatever they choose to do, as long as they don't harm others. They'll just have to live with the fact that everything they do or don't do may limit the range of their potential sexual partners, but I'm sure you are neither interested in Gurm nor me, so that's no problem

Show your tattoos (tattoes?)! YOU like them, and they may even MEAN something to you, so show them. Gurm doesn't have to look if he doesn't like it or it's against his philosophy (then again, I still have 100% of my penis ). I don't have to look, either. But hey, I don't want to have sex with you, and I can still appreciate the art (even though I think it's kind of like putting graffiti on the Mona Lisa, and no art created by humans can match the art of mother nature manifested in the human body).

Oh I'm not opposed to anyone's right to do anything that I find stupid or foolish.

I think skydiving looks cool, and like to watch people do it. The fact that you couldn't pay me enough money to do so is immaterial.

Lol. Although I find the regularity of it disturbing, I must once again agree with The Gurm.

Had a girlfriend once, that had this "cute" little dolphin on her belly (very low left side).

15Kilograms later, it looked like a faded blue whale.

Ah well. She cant say I didnt warn her

I personally don't like 'em. I have an ex who has one on her butt cheek. Major turn off, personally. Makes something normally quite beautiful look unclean. I really dislike anything around the navel.

That being said, I have nothing against people with tatoos.

Oh, and Gurm... skydiving kicks ass. You should try it
Lady, people aren't chocolates. Do you know what they are mostly? Bastards. Bastard coated bastards with bastard filling. But I don't find them half as annoying as I find naive, bubble-headed optimists who walk around vomiting sunshine. -- Dr. Perry Cox

I don't have a tat, but I have seen plenty I like. And might actually get one if I can find one I like enough.

But people and judging people on a bit of body art is just BS, perhaps you could judge people by the content of the tat, but not becasue they have one.

I think breast implants and other plastic surgery as a sign of insecure and questinable person traits...but having a pretty picture on your skin and you will never work in our corporation type attitude says more about the moron's in charge of such policies thatn the person being descriminated against...

Tat's are one of the oldest art forms currently still in general practice, and they are going to around for a while yet

Having said that, there are plenty of people who have regretted their particular choices...but hey, so whats new

                        Marshmallowman:

No, it doesn't say anything about the corporation's insecurity. It's like wearing a suit and tie. There's a "corporate image" to maintain. And "sleeve" tattoos, or something on your face/forehead, or "metallica" fan tats aren't the corporate image ANYONE wants to project.

You gotta interact with the customers? Even an earring is RIGHT OUT. That's the simple truth of it. Is it "judging"? Yes. The customers and business associates are the ones doing most of the judging. Period.
