              If the allegations are true, then he should be locked up and the key thrown away.

              The self-styled King of Pop could then pay royalties to the King's estate for singing Jailhouse Rock to his fellow inmates (if he wasn't raped to death!)

                  Court TV reporter Diane Dimond, who is on the scene, says a source told her that police not only had a search warrant, but an arrest warrant. Dimond told CNN's Larry King that had Jackson been at the ranch, the warrant would have been executed.
                  And Court TV is also saying that this kids parents aren't interested in a settlement.....they want to hear the sound of jailhouse doors slamming shut on his sorry ass.

                  Good for them.

                  Brian;

                  They'll have to put him in protective custody for sure. I don't know how it is overseas, but in US prisons pedophiles, child killers and serial killers are considered a food group

                      From the Sherrif's news conference:

                      1. he is to be charged with multiple charges of child molestation of a 12 year old boy.

                      2. bail has been set at $3 million USD

                      3. charges carry a 3-8 year sentence per count and they can be assiogned consecutively instead of the more common concurrent.

                      4. the law has changed since the last Jacson case. Back then if the minor victim refused to testify the prosecutors could not force their cooperation. Because of the previous Jackson case the California legislature changed the law to allow the forcing of the victims testimony.

                      4. the Sherrif has also confirmed that the family is not seeking a civil remedy and desires to pursue criminal proceedings agressively, so the prosecutors will not have to force any testimony in this case.

                      5. FLASH: the news is reporting that Jackson has hired Mike Geragos to defend him. You may know this guy as Scott Petersons lawyer in the Laci Peterson murder case

                        This may be a sick thought, but what if this is just some messed up American parents that are looking to get rich quick? I know Jackson is weird and all that, but I wonder.....

                          I wonder who in their right mind would put children within 500 yards of that Thing (Jackson, as it currently lives defies a gender descriptor, other than "deviant").

                            The "messed up American parents" are those who took the bucks 10 years ago and left this perv on the streets to offend again.

                              What a dumbass. You would think that, after the first incident, he would leave the little boys alone. Well, maybe the fruity fairy secretly WANTS to go to prison. Actually, I'm curious to see what happens when some thug punches him in that nose.
