In a way it seems kind of pointless as the system architecture is moving to serial ATA on the IDE side anyways.

I think everyone should just start calling their Supervisors Masters, and our co-workers slaves. Because that's the way it is! Lousy Californicators. Maybe I should move there and explain to them that in the 6th century BC my ancestor was a slave under Babylonion rule!

In a perfect world... spammers would get caught, go to jail, and share a cell with many men who have enlarged their penises, taken Viagra and are looking for a new relationship.

Doesn't surprise me one bit that this started in California, let alont Los Angeles. Gotta love the bleeding heart wacko libs who are afraid that anything may offend somebody.

            whatever.

We're certainly used to language changing on account of sensitivities in the West; throughout history, conceptual changes in society have brought forth considerable linguistic changes, all the way from language switches to enforced lexical changes. So-called political correctness is not actually all that new, nor is it the invention of so-called bleeding-heart liberals. It's a phenomenon that reflects the political nature of language, and the realization that words are themselves political/positional in many ways. Still, this request seems rather misguided... or at least, more misguided than most.
