  • From the ashes...

Yes, I emerged finally. Seriously though, I have right now enough of everything what's notable in my existence, the only thing keeping me alive is perhaps few threads here I promised myself to reply sooner or later
Also I'm planning to post a poll about lack of time and how long you have to travel to work/school/etc. to prove to myself that I have the longest, time-wasting, daily trip.
Let's see...what else. Oh yes, did I mention already that I can't find time for things I really want to do, there are only...garbage left among things I can do? (perhaps - really, only perhaps - with the exeption of few days to come)
I need a rest. Badly. I need a beer with bigos, etc. and beer. And did I mention beer? And a women. I need just something I like, not must, to do. Perhaps then I'll finally regain calm etc...
    I hope.
And I hope I'll be able to pop in soon (not ™ )

p.s. Don't want nor have time to post another thread in general h/s so: is there a software than can cut (and paste somewhere...) large number of files from a partition that has bad sectors? ("file error (crc)" or something like that is showing when I encounter a file that is on bad sector partially). Yes, my hdd failed and, you guessed it, I DON'T HAVE TIME, dammit, to manually cut all files that are good (since encountering bad causes...large delays (hdd tries to read it...then whole cut&paste process halts and need to be manually started, again). And another question for video forum: is there a way to partially cut a video that was unfortunete enough to land on bad sector?
