The "he claims" to have removed my card and here's the results:

He didn't take anything!!! He just switched the suits around like a moron.
This so called "trick" (more like an idiot trap) is just plain retarded. There's no magic involved. He purposely makes you concentrate on ONE card that way you don't notice that he's ALSO changed ALL the other cards, giving you the impression that he really did choose your card. It's a stupid trick IMO.

I have seen this so called trick many times. Someone tried to to spread this through the company 'til I spoiled it for them.
Besides, one of the Loan Officers can do much better tricks, can throw knives and can use a blow gun very well. But then again he was retired and had too much time on his hands and his wife made him go back to work.
