  • How do you like your steak?

    I like mine rare...

(In german, "blutig" or "englisch". A little joke: a german goes into an english-speaking steakhouse and asks "Can I have a bloody steak?", upon which the waiter answers "But of course, sir. Do you want a ****ing whisky as well?" )

Medium, I don't like to eat uncooked meat, I don't like it burned either, and it HAS to be juicy otherwise it just isn't as tasty.

If it is a nice steak from a reputable place, then blue. If not, I go for rare.

I'm guessing that means asphyxiated and uncooked.

Medium well for me. I like mine to the point that there is no pink left but not to the point that it is tough and dried out.

Blue = not cooked enough for the steak to be bloody.

It tastes very nice, but you need to have a very good piece of meat.
