                    It sort-of reminds me of Lady Penelope's car from Thunderbirds - except that car was actually quite cool (as were Penelope and Parker).

                        Frankly, I see no point in it. The car is rear wheel drive, so the 4 front wheels are not for better traction. The turning geometry must be horrific to design and even more difficult to implement to avoid excessive tyre friction. Worse, as it's rear engine and light-weight construction, there will be bugger-all weight shared between the 4 front wheels, making for a daring design in instability; remember the Edsel? I'll bet it's a pig to drive on wet or icy roads.

                        Yet another stupid statement to be different.
