Get well soon Paddy. You're used to hospital food. The patients' food is better than that in the hospital cafeteria (at least it was in Blackpool) hehe. Yes I know you're not supposed to steal the patients' food, but they didn't want it and I was hungry OK.

I am back home now.

The op went ok, and for the first few hours afterwards i was in bliss. After that the epidural migrated and was no longer effective. I tried a continuous morphine infusion and PCA but nothing worked. I ended up takeing the highest dose of codeine and tramadol but all they did was nade me vomit (not nice when you have a cut in your abdomen). I was discharged on day five everything still hurts and i cant see straight, but at least I am home for some papering
