Ok, I often go to post twice in a 30 second period (for example, when I'm posting pics and such), and I'll get this annoying message.

@Nowhere: Hehe, I would be able to post more but the 30second delay is fine by me.

I vote to leave it the way it is, we've had many users in the past who spammed our forums by mass posting.

              You misplaced the semicolon

I don't post all that much, so this doesn't affect me. As for posting pictures, Sasq has hinted at an upgrade to allow >1 picture/post.

30 seconds is definitely good. Personally, I do not want to post any significant amount of embedded images as it could drive up the storage space requirements quickly. Over 95% of what I post is just links.

                Edit:
                Reworded.

                  30seconds is fine.
Some of the other forums I am a member of have 60 second limits, would you prefer that?

It helps slow down the spam, yes I can ban spamming users, yes I can delete those posts, but it is a PITA

As High_Jumbllama pointed out, embedded images do drive up storage space. currently Murc takes about 800Mb or so of my HDD every time I back it up.

So simply sorry, cope with the 30 second limit.
