                  Bingo! - well, almost.

                  It's Protel 2.5 (rev 2.8??) for Windows. Not for Win32, but for 16-bit Windows.

                  One of these days, I may upgrade. (like, when the cost of the new Altium version gets well below the current $8k or so)

                      For layout, Eagle?

                      Simulation.. the place I am intern at use P-Spice for that, seems to be the standard. Electronic Workbench is another name I've heard.
