Make it myself with only the finest ingredients, starting with fresh, lean rumpsteak (none of that supermarket fatty minced beef)

Oxford defines band as, inter alia, a body of musicians.

Cinema really leaves me entirely cold with or without sound of any kind. No envy to go whatsoever, no matter the film. My past experience is that they turn the sound up to the threshold of pain in order to drown out the sound of the person in the next seat fistling with popcorn, snogging or otherwise being perfectly objectionable and antisocial. No, thanks.
