    • In which case, the largest producer, user and transporter of coal, using steam locomotives is China????? If so, where? My guess may be Guangdong province, although most of the coalfields are well to the north of there.

                • OK, a super-easy one. A small village but one that became quite famous as the home of four persons who became world-famous. Who were they?

                  • Looks West Riding so I'll say Thornton, where the Bronte sisters were born. But there were only 3 of them.... Could be Haworth maybe. Not sure basically but I'll stick with West Yorkshire.

And KvH - I'm actually from around that area (the Malton/York/Easingwold triangle). Very close to Wetwang on our drive to Hull you pass through 2 places (which unfortunately will never appear on a map as they're a bit of a joke) called "The Land of Nod" and "The Land of Green Ginger". Really they are just house names that the hamlets the houses are in have adopted though.

Your turn. I did say it was super-easy.

It is Haworth and it is true there were only three Brontë sisters but Branwell Brontë, their brother, was also famous in his own right as a poet, although somewhat eclipsed by his sisters. They lived in the rectory (their father was the parson here), whose roof can be seen to the right of the church. The church is easily recognisable by the very ugly and large blue clock.

IMHO, this must be one of the bleakest parts of England.
