Oh no it doesn't! It just leaves one suspect, Sweden, because Finland is not a Scandinavian country. If you wish to group SF with S, DK and N, you have to use the term Nordic, not Scandinavian
Whatever.. when it came to choosing between "yes" and "no" to "Scandinavia" I picked "yes" because "no" would have misled. Technically only Norway and Sweden are Scandinavia, anyhow. Denmark and Iceland (and maybe Minnesota) are Scandinavian by culture.
