Tricky one. Adansonia digitata trees grow widely over sub-saharan E.& S. Africa, which is also, of course largely left-driving. A quick Google revealed them growing by the roadside in Kenya, Tanzania, Zimbabwe and S.Africa. Unfortunately, I could not locate the photo, which would be the only sure identification, because one tree looks quite like another, depending when it was taken and other factors. I did find one in Zimbabwe that looked fairly similar, but taken from the other side, but the road appeared narrower and had no markings.
