Those look like European shipyards. Maybe north or central Europe. I've seen a similar one in Malmo, Sweden, but I think this one is further south.

Not in Europe. Degrub was somewhat warmer but far from hot. Clue: this shows only a tiny fraction of the port faciliities.

The whereabouts of this one is relatively easy. The name of the exact location less so. I've been there, but I haven't seen it from the air.
