Making some big hickory smoked steakburgers on the BBQ tonight, along with some buttered/toasted Kaiser rolls, white farmers cheese (SHARP!!), grilled red onions, fresh picked roasted corn-on-the-cob and roasted 'tater wedges.

Our local Chaldean market makes their own ground steak that's so lean & deep red you wouldn't believe it. They get whole sides from Detroits Eastern Market & butcher 'em themselves. Great stuff comes out of that place & they sell it as fast as they can get it on the trays.

We have a local butcher shop like that around here.
