Can a supplier insist on a refund instead of a replacement?

    Haven't had a problem ordering stuff from America and neither has a friend who also does it regularly.

    You'll have to check with trading standards but I think the lastest trading law says you can insists on a refund if the product is faulty. I think you can demand either and it's up too the company too prove that it's faulty not you.

    If you bought via credit card you should be able to get them too look into it. However I found barclaycard total useless in this matter and they're also unaware of trading laws.

    Basically you're on your own and will have to take them too court. It's doubtful they'll attend and the judge will rule in your favour. Then you have to enforce it.

    You could also write too Pcplus as dabs get a regular mention in the bad boys page and dabs tend too back down when the press gets involved.

      Well Savastore was cheaper and it'll be here today! I'll settle for the refund and it's Dabs loss...they won't be getting any recommendations from me, that's for sure!
