We have a lot better view here than you do there. What really pisses me off is hearing French people say they think they should be able to elect OUR president. To that I say **** off! If you hate us and want to do something about it, just stop spending money feeding all the refugees you let flood into Europe and giving them free health care and education, and build up your military.. then come over here and DO something about it. ****ing whiners.

I watched Kerry's concession speech earlier today. He was gracious, gentlemanly, and supportive of the president. A very good loser.
Too bad his supporters (here, and abroad) can't take it as well as he took it himself.

Yeah Kerry gave a nice gracious speech and showed quite a bit of class.

I can't say the same about Edwards' introductory speech before Kerry though... it sounded like he was gearing up for 2008.

First of all, I don't hate anybody.

I lived 4 years in the war and i know what is it. It is not movie, it is a ****ing WAR where you can see your friends diving in blood and when you are not sure will you see sun another morning. Believe me, it is not funny at all!

I can understand pain of childrens in Iraq and pain of their mothers... I can understand pain of mothers of american soldiers who lost their sons somewhere... for nothing!

Who sent american soldiers to Iraq?
Their parents? NO, I don't think so that they wish to see their son dead!
            Your president sent them!

I can only hate people like him or Ariel Sharon. You are just number for your president.... who knows, tomorrow you can be one of them... you can fly somewhere in the world to leave your bones in the dust...

I just wish freedom and peace to all people in the world, I know how war is shitty.

Sorry for my bad english, I hope you can understand what I want to say...

I know war is nasty and horrible and I was opposed to it (for perhaps other reasons than some) but on the balance it might have been better than the alternative, difficult as that might be to imagine. We can never know this.. there are too many variables to any decision like this. What offends most Americans is when you call our leader "IdiotMan" and us "blind" and think you should be able to vote here. There are issues that do not really concern you in Europe that are vital to us which figure greatly into our choice. You see only Iraq. The Democratic party has done this to themselves by paying more attention to oddball fringe groups than to statesmanship. They will have to do much more to salvage their credibility.

I can never know firsthand what you folks in Sarajevo went through for all those years, but I do sympathise with your feelings towards war. War has destroyed too much in this world, and should be avoided wherever it can be.

                Sorry, I didn't wish to offend any1.

I only don't like people with sick brains and I think G. Bush is one of them. I think there was no reason to start killing people on the other side of the world. Kill terrorists if you wish but DON"T kill childrens and normal people. Nobody knows when that people will have their homes again... everything is destroyed... nobody knows how much children will have post-war sindroms and "errors" in their brains. Bush's children have all in their lifes, they can eat anything they wish, they plays footbal, golf, fu-cking bitches around... Children in Iraq lives in mouse's hole, eat "something" and maybe they'll never know what's the fu-cking PlayStation.

I can only go to USA or anywhere to see how people lives there... there is no wish to kill you because you are different from me in any way. I have wish to goes to different places in the world to see their culturals, arhitecture, meet people etc

More people with similar wishes-world will be a better place to live.

More people with Bush's wishes-for 50 years Planet World will be a hell and our children will wish they never borned.

Sorry again for my bad english, don't wish you understand wrong something.

                Peace

I don't think Bush wants to kill little children. How horrible would that be?!? We are throwing (perhaps too much) money at Iraq trying to get them back on their feet and helping them get a better life than they had under Saddam. The people helping get targeted because they are Americans and too many people hate us over there. If this would stop there would be no more killing of anyone.

Forget it, this is neverending discussion...

Sometimes some things are more clear if you are neutral...

                          Adis,

Calling someone an Idiot usally doesnt mean your neutral to them

And using your experance in the FYR isn't the greatest either since many of the same parllels can be drawn from whats currently going on (religious differences twisted to serve ones needs)
Why is it called tourist season, if we can't shoot at them?

I understand what he said and meant. I don't understand why he thinks the people who voted for Bush are "blind." If he had been here in the US and seen and heard all the things that we have, he would have known that either of the two major canidates we could vote for, Bush or Kerry, were nothing but puppets. Molded politicians built to serve people with their own interests and agendas, most of which do not align with the general interests of the US people.

We're not blind here, and most of us aren't stupid. We are simply damned no matter who we vote for.

So I would appreciate a little respect, instead of blind condemnation

The main problem is that both the europeans and the americans can`t see that the other part have a point.

To all us europeans what would you say if someone other than yourself and you fellow countrymen would ellect your prime minister / president.
And we all hate being told what to do.

And to the americans: Perhaps someone understand the conflict in the middle east better than what the US does. We live closer, and understand better how they think.
And you can`t force a democracy on people by military power.

But I am actually glad that Bush won the election, then at least he get the job of cleaning up the mess in Iraq.

James you make a great point here....I find that the Press in the US seems to be playing up certain points in the election and why bush won to keep the country divided. Also people on either the far right or far left can't look at each other and see what the other side has to offer and try and meet in the middle some place. I voted for Bush, but there are a couple policles that I don't agree with that he has, but I chose him since he was the lesser of two evils sort to speak.
