Even baby boys are capable of an erection, but most often they are limited to nocturnal events. By the time they reach age 8-9 things are naturally larger (varies considerably) and they are fully capable of being stimulated, but not of ejaculation.

Doesn't matter though. Here in Michigan it would be 1st degree criminal sexual conduct (read rape) and she'd be on the (public) sexual predators list for most of the rest of her life.

Physically, I certainly had erections and could stimulate same (although not real masturbation) LONG before 8.
