    Well, lets see..
Pronounced dead at birth. (explains alot)
When I was 1 1/2 Bit into the Christmas tree electrical cord, melted my mouth, and stayed in the hospital for a while.

When I was four, was pushed into a swimming pool, and stayed on the bottom for a few minutes, while people argued who was going to get me.

1990 Got married, right before senior year of high school. ( Shotgun wedding. I don't recommend it)

2002 Filed for divorce. Vowed women were evil, and never again.

2004 Married again. ( bah, women ARE evil!)

    Been happy every since.... (mostly)

I just could resist adding something. I can't say I had any big injuries in my life. No broken bones, no rare diseases, but I did have more than the average amount of burns, specially when I was doing a stage in a restaurant.

Anyways, the injury that clings most in my memory was one that happend when I was about 9 years old. It's was Winter in Montreal and I went skating to the local arena. It was kids time, so as a safety measure, everybody skates in the same direction. Sudenly, it was time to change back direction and oops. I fell and before I even got up, another kid slashed my face with his skate. My face was all bloody and I was rushed to the hospital. The doctor tried to start with the stiching part and he got severely kicked in the groin. After that he refused to do it, cleaned up the wound and sent me home. I still got a scar on my eyebrow.

I also stepped on a rack once... problem was that the handle was broken and had some special effects on it... mainly a nail and some sharp metal bits that seemed to hold the rest of the handle when it was still there. Again, lots of blood on my face and a scar under my right eye.

Oh, and what about the trust game? I was supposed to fall back and be catched by someone behind me. Well, we (me and others girls) decided to take the game a step further by falling off while standing on a table. Well, my trustworthy partner didn't catch me and this time they brought an ambulance. I stayed 2 days at the hospital.

              That's pretty much all...

Well we miss you too, it's been so long since the last time you posted. If fact, I think your last post was in The Soap Box, in the last picture thread.

Are you going to lurk more often from now on?

PS: Well. My girlfriend just noted that since she has observed 20+ scars around my body, this cant really be true.. So in reality, I might have recieved some injuries, but most seem to affect memory.
You can easily get injured while injuring someone else.

One of mine that worked this way was in a high school football game against our main rival in what we call a "black and blue" league; meaning play was way more than rough. Within the rules, but due to the strong rivalries very, very rough.

I played both offense and defense, but on this play I was one of the defensive tackles and was 6' 1" and a solid 265 lbs (120 kg).

Now get this: at the time I was the smallest man on our defensive line with at least 3 others weighing in at over a solid 300 lbs (136 kg). The other starting tackle was 6'8 and 375-400 lbs (170-181 kg).

In short: in high school we had a defensive line bigger than some NFL teams.

We called a defensive blitz (coordinated defensive rush of the quarterback) from 4 positions (middle linebacker, both tackles and one guard), rushing their quarterback on an obvious 3rd down pass play.

All 4 of us hammered him within a millisecond of each other from 4 different directions, running at nearly tull tilt and hitting him both high and low.

Mass of the "blitzers": well over 1200 lbs (544 kg).

Mass of the quarterback: about 175 lbs (79 kg).

I broke a finger, got a 2" slice on my hand and had the wind knocked out of me.

One of the other blitzers was KO'ed for a couple of minutes.

The other two blitzers got the wind knocked out of them.

The quarterback spun in mid-air like a windmill, was KO'ed for several minutes, had a broken arm and several broken ribs. Ambulance and 2 days in the hospital for observation for him.

                        BTW: he was my cousin

That was the hardest impact I've ever felt in a non-racing sporting event.

Sheeeshhhh.....did that ever hurt, but we won the game

1 injury and one bought of bad then extremely dumb luck.

I believe that was 15 at the time. I stood up inside a closet as if I was standing up in a room. There were big closets in this house. I stood up right into the corner of the center support for a long clothes' rod. My sister comes running in and asks if I am OK. I have blood flowing between my fingers and said "What do you think?". She walks back to her room and I have to yell for my parents. I got five staples in my head. It hurt enough that I could barely feel the staples when the doctor put them in.

                          The stupid:
I launch a model rocket without a rod.

                          The unfortunate luck:
                          It flies right at me.

                          The dumb luck:
I was able to pull my legs up fast enough and 9.8 m/s^2 was enough to make me fall enough so that it bounced off my head instead of in my eye.
