    I'd venture to say that someone spoofed their e-mail address. It's possible to partially track the message back to its source using the information contained in the message headers, though it's likely said information in this case might be lacking or incorrect.

      Yeah, I have to agree with Jesterzwild. The address is probably spoofed. It's probably a coincidence that you recently bought from them.

        They reckon they got a virus on one of their machines. Heres there response.

        Hi.

        We are aware of this issue and believe it is from a local machine on our network that was compromised by a Trojan or internet worm.

        We are currently investigating the problem and can assure you we will do everything in our power to make sure an email of this type never gets replicated.

        We are 100% certain that it was just an email threat and has at no time affected our main database holding any personal data.

        Apologies for any inconvenience caused by this email.
