Very cool...
If it was taken with a single lens (this is possible, there are fisheye lenses that have a 180° angle, Nikon even has one that covers 210° ), it is a great job : it is not easy as a photographer to stay out of the picture with such lenses.

But this type of lenses aren't considered fish-eye, due to the way they are used...
