Looks very good. We have a weekly free self defence course at karate club (besides karate) and the sensei is karate, jujitsu master/black belt and some throws, locks and levers look similar to stuff in videos.
The story goes (and I don't vouch for its turth) that the founder was very proficient in Jujitsu & sword work, but found himself getting to old to perform some of the more vigorous techniques, so he modified them into ones that utilised minimal movement and use of the attackers energy. Compared to some other martial arts I've seen, there is very little movement in Aikido.
