I'm sorry if the tag doesn't fit, but I've been involved with schools for years, and if I was caught taking, showing, or posting pictures like that of the students at my school, that is the charge I would go to jail on...and if I caught someone taking/showing/posting such pics of my daughter, I'd insist on at least as much.

I would be wondering why my child was doing it more then looking to put the camera man in jail unless some sort af advantage was being taken. Actually if it was your child wouldn't you like to know to get it under control?

You're right about the legal aspects involved, I just don't consider this to be so morally wrong...really, did any of those girls look like they were being abused? Also, if you were in high school when something like this would happen, would you really find it reprehensible or would you take a look as well?

Legally, I made a mistake and agree that the pictures should be taken off MURC...morally, I think you're taking an unrealistically high ground about this.

This was NOT pedophilia. In any sense of the word. Anybody who calls it that is poorly educated. The females in these pictures were probably legal adults, and if they weren't, they were still well into their post-pubescent stages. At its worst, it might have been ephebophilia. Get a dictionary, Kruzin. And get off your "high moral ground" bs while you're at it. If you object to the pictures, at least articulate yourself well, rather than sling mud and make accusations that you can't back up.


Okay, now that that detail is taken care of: the girls in the pictures were slutty, but was not porn. It was stuff you'd see in any mall, or on any street. Girls with low-rise jeans, and showing thong. Tasteless, but not illegal (minors or not), and not indecent exposure.
This is, of course, unless I missed some really shocking pictures.
