Yeah, Park City is a little suburb north of Wichita... there's gonna be a lot of people feeling creeped out now.

According to BTK's own words: Bind, Torture, Kill, which is how most of his murders were done. Nice guy eh?

The guy wasa turned in by is 26-year old daughter. She came in with her suspicions and volunteered her blood for DNA testing. Brave girl.
