Ok, I hate pop music but for some reason when I listen to her music, I just have to smile.
I must have heard her a lot on the radio back then. I remember seeing her on the Arsenio Hall show.
It's not quite bubble gum pop, but it's certainly not the sexually vulgar pop that's ubiquitous today.
