  • Rabbit Proof Fence

Finally after wanting to see this movie for 2+ years, I have finally seen it.

For reasons I do not wish to go into, although my genetic makeup is European, this is one of the cultures I am from.

A really good movie, and a good starting point to learn more about Aboriginal and White history in Australia.

An excellent movie that truly has to be seen to be fully appreciated.

I've never heard of the film, but as an aside ... is the life expectancy of a jailed Aborigine any better than 24 hours these days?

As an aside, the girls in the film were unknowns. So I'd say they did an exceptional job given the weight of the material.

Very accurate, I know a few of the aboriginal families in it.
