Desperate Housewives

Does anyone else watch this? I think it's pretty good...a bit like a soap-opera, but with a clever enough script so that you don't want to miss a single episode. The casting is also well done, a good collection of "past their prime, but still a bit foxy" actresses.

Though American TV is swamped with so many crap reality/contest programs these days, when a new series is made, I think its quality (especially the writing) is generally superior to the sitcoms of previous years...maybe the average audience is finally getting more sophisticated

Haven't been watching it as religiously as I do a couple other shows, but the few episodes I have watched have peeked my interest.
