And she had run low on money BEFORE she got to Las Vegas, not having enough to actualy get there. As such the quiestion of the day is: where did she get the money to get all the way to New Mexico?

From friends out that way, on her back or ????

What happens in Las Vegas stays in Las Vegas....

unless you're her because someone out there who knows will soon be signing a contract with the National Enquirer

Oh why do these "Nut Jobs" always end up in New Mexico

I was kidnapped by Elvis and his Alien buddies. They took a left turn and ended up in Albaturkey.

        OK...more food for thought;

She bought the ticket several days in advance for Austin Texas, so this wasn't a spur-of-the-moment deal but planned well ahead of time.

She withdrew $140 out of an ATM then took a cab from the Duluth public library to Atlanta. She then rode the bus to Dallas, diverting to Las Vegas where she stayed for 1 day/night.

After this she boarded another bus for Albaquerqe, where she stayed for 3-4 hours before taking a cab to the 7-Eleven where she made the call to her home and the police hotline. By then she was out of cash.

The prosecutor in Duluth says they will present the case to the local Grand Jury (a citizens jury that decides on issuing felony indictments). He didn't sound too pleased with her at all.

This girl has some serious issues.

And the police chief and investegators said she hasn't really apologized to them and she doesn't understand that she did anything wrong.

That guy who was going to marry her should be the one running away now.

Nope...the dumbass is sticking with her

Also heard she commented that the wedding wasn't why she left. I'd love to hear why she did then.

Also; they just said on TV that she had broken a previous engagement at the last minute with someone else.

            Jezz.....talk about damaged goods

I remember the news reporting that her family said her disappearance was uncharacteristic, but if she'd broken an engagement at the last minute before, and her family didn't report that to police, then they are just as responsible as she is for all of this.

I'm still waiting to see her make a statement on TV. I have to see those freaky eyes on video, instead of just pics.

Yeah....she does seem to have that deer-in-the-headlights look about her, doesn't she? Maybe she is need of a few milligrams of lithium carbonate on a regular basis

Ahhh...typical countryside wedding here; been on a few unfortunatelly (in my opinion, when it comes to weddings, the smaller the better)

Yeah, its more common in other countries. Generally from what I've seen in the US, mega-weddings aren't that common unless the family is very wealthy... and then its more for show than actually inviting friends.

(oh, and when we're about wealth - of course the biggest weddings are made by families that aren't exactly very wealthy )

What amazes me is that anyone ever seriously believed that she was really abducted!

The FIRST thing police do in a case like this is pull LUDs, ATM transactions, credit card records, etc.

RIGHT AWAY they would have seen a pre-purchased ticket out of town and called 'bullshit'.

Um Didnt they? Sounds like from what DR posted she got $140 bucks out of an ATM a couple days before to buy the ticket with.

then there wasn't any activiy on her cards?
Why is it called tourist season, if we can't shoot at them?

The point is... she bought a plane ticket. That requires like 8 forms of positive ID nowadays. Then she got ON the plane. That requires another 10 forms of ID, plus bodily fluids.

I thought she went by bus... maybe she found an opening in the homeland security strategy! Terrorists could be plotting to hijack buses full of soon to be wed women and drive them to Las Vegas!

                              It's the perfect crime.
