I will grant, however, that the legal system is complicit in this crime because he only got probation for that chainsaw attack. This dispite a history of domestic violence in Florida against the girls mother.

The only way he got the 2 years in prison was because he violated that parole

IMO they should get the judge & probation officials responsible for this and put THEM in the pokey right next to the SOB.

The one saving grace is that long before this guy sees death row it's very likely that another prisoner is likely to off him because he's a baby-killer.
