Just some fun little movie trailers to kick off the summer movie season:

A History of Violence starring Viggo "I am the King" Mortensen, Maria Bello, and Ed Harris:

This is a pretty crappy teaser for a release next summer's big movie based off, and titled after, The Davinci Code. Tom Hanks leads in this one, and with the popularity of the book it will no doubt be huge:

The Island stars just about everyone, but is lead by Ewan "I have the high ground" McGregor and Scarlet Johansson. From the newest theatrical trailer it seems that celebs are paying a company to make clones of themselves to do publicity things while they sneak off and do other stuff? Or something like that. The story premise seems interesting at the very least, and the scifi effects seem pretty cool:

The story premise seems interesting at the very least

Does the phrase "Only you can prevent crotch fires!" (spoken like Smokey the Bear) mean anything to you? If not, you never saw the MST3K episode that featured the god awful movie that this is based on: Parts: The Clonus Horror. What's Hollywood gonna remake next, Reptilicus, The Sword and the Sorcerer, Slipstream? Ugh...

WotW, History of Violence, the Island, and maybe even Flightplan look good. Might see bewitched if I think I need something to laugh - Nicole Kidman's in it to make it bearable, even if it's a totally crap film
