I don't suppose you would like to add into your article that the .ssh dir is found in exactly the same place as it is on linux i.e. ~/.ssh
~ being your home dir.
if you are missing tools in your osx terminal that you have under linux, I would recomend installing Fink from sourceforge. works very much like apt-get

P.S. Point blank, I appreciate your work regarding SCO, I honestly do, but I dislike FUD and BS from MS, Apple and FOSS camps. A year ago, I would point people to groklaw for good articles on OSS related issues, now I do not.
