Yeah, I've got a Dilbert book at home with several strips revolving around "team building exercices."

Reminds of of the time our manager said that since I'm part of the "team" at work I need a work shirt with the company logo and everything (I normally just wear a t-shirt and jeans, I'm the troll that lives in the dark cave above the theaters and makes the magic movie showing machines work. ) Anyway, it seems the "team" is pretty near-sighted: they only have small and medium shirts available!

Teaching to juggle is a good one, but you (a) need longer than 10 minutes and (b) have to have at least a few there who already can juggle. To this day there's a guy who wants to have my children (!) for teaching him the basics

not so much team, but you can change pairs...
old thespian exercise. pair off, teach them how to make their body ridgid and fall backwards, and how to catch the person falling backwards.

pair off, close eyes, fall backwards. you need to trust your partner will catch you.

well the stock japanese team building is all head to the local pub for the japanese version of a counter meal, and lots of booze with the boss paying.

bit hard to fit in, in a 10 min block

Gotta go with Gurm on this one. Team building "exercises" suck. Team building paint-ball, go-kart racing, or drinking games are much better. Hell, how about all three? (as long as the drinking part comes last of course )
Lady, people aren't chocolates. Do you know what they are mostly? Bastards. Bastard coated bastards with bastard filling. But I don't find them half as annoying as I find naive, bubble-headed optimists who walk around vomiting sunshine. -- Dr. Perry Cox

I remember something we did in a high school English class.. we all sat around in a circle and the teacher dealt cards.. she had put 2 aces in the deck, with once card for each of us there (20-25 students.) The objective was to catch the people with the aces.. and the people with the aces were to take the others out. The ace holders did this by winking at other people.. that's the interesting part, because the ace holder has to catch someone when they are only looking their way.. if someone else sees the wink, he's caught. It's surprising how difficult it is to pin down the winkers.
