That's Hamburg.. pan out and down and look at all the goings on at the port.. about a million containers and cars waiting for transport..

..now if only they could get all their satellite maps down to that resolution..

Indeed, very cool!

But IMO they should do something about the perspective... It is something similar when you look at Paris: they Eifel tower looks like the leaning tower of Pisa.
