    There is room in the panel for another breaker, and being of Square D type, you can actually get narrow double breakers allowing for a total of 4 breakers, beside your stove breaker.
    Optimal solution would be running at least one more wire and use it for the fridge, as it is about the last thing you want to leave without power.

        Oh yes there is PLENTY of room in the box for more breakers. The problem is that it's an old brown stone building in Boston. Since my apartment is on the third floor it would be expensive for the landlord to run another line. Since the problem was mostly fixed by the end of this whole adventure we let it go. I was planning to reopen this kettle when the summer got close and we need AC again. Thankfully I don't have to worry about this anymore
