    The problem with many booster tanks being reused comes in cleaning them out. Not a few of them use fuels that would be toxic under any conditions.

        IMO if the Bigelow inflatable station module system works anywhere near as good as it sounds you could launch a whole space station in the heavy lifter;





        Full sized module - 330 cubic meters.

        They're using licensed NASA technologies with private development capital. THIS could well be the future of space station & habitat module assembly, and the first test module goes up sometime in the next few months.
