An off-roader? Hardly, the Mini concept cannot lend itself the 4-WD (short of putting a 2nd engine in the back
).
An interesting one would be a Mini-hybrid, using the Toyota concept, but I don't see that fitting in very well, either.Brian (the devil incarnate)

Many people don't realize that the Cooper line which BMW acquired some years back included substantially more vehicles than the Mini.
There were passenger sedans and AT LEAST one SUV.
It doesn't surprise me at all that they intend to continue development on the line.The Internet - where men are men, women are men, and teenage girls are FBI agents!
