    Japanese speaker assistance?

    The story: lately I've got few emails that are, I suppose, in Japanese (form *.jp adress). However I'm somehow reluctant from ansering with "sorry, English only"...because that could also mean answering to spam list.
    So what it is? I guess spam, but...
