Want "engaging"? Try 150mph+ on Route 2 outside Boston. Granted, it was in a BMW 750iL so I didn't KNOW I was going 150... Yikes!

Try the secondary seat in a F-16B (or D for the newer models). Now that's engaging.

Only occasionally do I find racing seriously interesting, and it's always road courses, not ovals. Some of the crap Nigel Mansell (in F1) and Hans Stuck (in IMSA/GT) pulled was awfully fun to watch.
