    Child's Play

    I don't usually plug these sort of things and I suspect many of you already read Penny Arcade, well, I sorta think the guys over there do a wonderful thing about this time every year.

    It's called Child's Play, and the basic story is, they organize donations of toys to Childrens hospitals the world over.

      From my own time in hospitals any way to take your mind off things is a welcome change.

        Yes, this is a wonderful charity.

        Also, it sort of makes the anti-video-gamers look real stupid when Gabe goes "so we donated half a million to needy kids at Christmas last year, what have YOU done?"

          I think last year saw a heavy increase in game company donations to the cause. Lets hope we see more of that this year. This is a good banner to stand behind for the whole industry, which includes the players.
