"FBI" email scam hits midwest US...spreading?

My wife and I both received this one early this morning;

Dear Sir/Madam,

we have logged your IP-address on more than 30 illegal Websites.

Of course the questionnaire is a ZIP'ed attachment, which if you open does bad things to youir system. Problem is that NAV doesn't see the virus yet, so be warned.
