Man glued to Home Depot toilet seat sues....

When Bob Dougherty sat on a toilet at Home Depot in Louisville two years ago, he wasn't planning on staying long.

But when Dougherty, 57, tried to stand up, he found he was stuck. Someone had pulled a Halloween prank by smearing glue on the seat. Now the Nederland man is suing Home Depot for ignoring his cries for help that day.

"They left me there, going through all that stress," Dougherty said. "They just let me rot."
