That kid's lucky he didn't have my step-father. I can think of far worse things. Then again, my son would get scared and then come attack me because he'd know I was behind it. Don't know how many times I've snuck into his room before he goes to bed to sneak out and scare him. He eats it up.

I usually search my hdd for *.swf files created within the last day. Usually finds the downloaded temp file and I can copy it to my "my documents" folder.

Kind of a crapshoot, though, as some of them are time-crippled.

Yeah the whole recording it is a bit much, and I certainly wouldn't do it (the prank part) if I knew my kid was prone to reacting that way. As I said before, my son gets a kick out of such thing.
