    Awesome! Hopefully it's not vaporware.

so, Lock Up is on tv (prison movie with Stallone in it), and I noticed that one of the prisoners was in Predator, so I went downstairs, grabbed my VHS of predator to go watch; had to check murc before I shut my computer off though, found this thread, and then saw the predator pic from the link, all of this while my copy of Pred was sitting (and still is) on my lap. So what does that mean? It means Predator is a kickass movie and you all should go watch it

As for the cloaking - one of the comments on the site gave a probable explanation to how it might work: "I can easily imagine a semi truck in a military convoy with screens like this on all sides. Yeah, up close you could see the projector, but farther away you might just miss it. The picture wouldnt exactly match the background, it would, from a distance, probably look just like a heat-mirage. If you had jeeps driving along side you might only see jeeps in the heat, and not bother setting off your IED."

(quote from Die another day, where James Bond's Aston has a cloaking technology)

I wonder how the image will look if you look at it from an angle though.

i guess they would need to do it using rear-projection with a large number of projectors, and using a spherical screen
