As presented to the death penalty jury in the trial of Zacarias Moussaoui. Not the audio recording, but text of the contents as posted on CNN.
Moussaoui plead guilty to conspiring with al-Qaeda to fly planes into buildings on 9/11. A week ago the jurors ruled him eligible for the death penalty even though he was in jail in Minnesota that day, determining that lies he told federal agents a month before the attacks led directly to at least one death that day by keeping agents from identifying and stopping at least some of the hijackers. Their decision is between execution or life in prison.
Sounds like WW-III was going on in that plane before it came down
