    If this is implemented only in TV's then for most viewers it's a non issue since "tuning" is done by a cable/satellite box and the TV is left on channel 3/4 or an aux input.

    IF, however, this makes it into settop boxes then armed insurrection is in order

        If there's artificial intelligence, there's bound to be some artificial stupidity.
