A girl of 20 with dreams of becoming an actress died when a cosmetic operation to realign her jaw went wrong.
Alexandra Mills had been teased mercilessly about her protruding chin at school and believed it was the only obstacle to pursuing a stage career.
She had an eight-hour operation to correct the problem but died days later when a drug intended to help her recover accidentally affected her heart.
