Dunno why he didn't get done for trying pervert the course of justice when he tried to get his mate to take the blame. Dunno how he wriggled out of that.

Anyway nice to see him go down he won't be upsetting anyone else in the next six months or so.

One Guy who nearly mowed down a cyclist took umpage at being asked to slow down. The result he chased after the cyclist driving down the middle of the road avoiding standing cars. Then attacked the cyclist with a crowbar before fetching his asians mates who beat the guy up further shouting kill the white bastard. The sentance a £200 quid fine. The Police failed to find his friends and the Judge failed to call this a racist assualt. Unsurprisingly the Cyclist was very unhappy with the result.

Another recent case and in this case a women was mowed down and killed the driver walked free from court pcitured sticking up two fingers to the press.

So despite the judge saying different Prince payed for his status.


In all three cases a long jail sentance was required at least the judge in this case managed to stand up a little to the fear of being called a racist.

In these parts this kind of thing would;

1. be a FELONY;

Felonious driving is defined as operating a motor vehicle "carelessly and heedlessly in wilful and wanton disregard of the rights or safety of others, or without due caution and circumspection and at a speed or in a manner so as to endanger or be likely to endanger any person or property and thereby injuring so as to cripple any person, but not causing death." §752.191

meaning a long prison term plus loss of voting & other rights, probation, financial restitution (confiscation of part of wages) etc. etc. plus possible deportation if a foreign national.

2. result in a civil lawsuit by the injured party against his properties. This over & above 'restitution' and plus compensation for pain and suffering and mutilation, if any.

3. result in the responsible Dept. of Motor Vehicles people explaining themselves to the judge & other investigators to the point they'd wish they had never been born

4. also likely result in a civil lawsuit by the injured party against the DMV officers involved for malfeasence in office, something for which they are personally responsible.

In other words; it would be a legal shit-storm.

Sadly Human rights is all for the Criminal. Time we ripped that agreement up and put some these do gooders in the hell holes they create.
